RX Design Studio is a family business created by Robert and Xotchl Guillen (RX) that specializes in custom reupholstery for residential and commercial projects.

RX treats each piece of furniture like it is their own by learning how to correctly bring a slightly outdated piece of upholstery back to life with newly fitted materials and details.

RX specializes in restoration and recovering of upholstery sofas, slipcovers, sectionals, sofa beds, and chairs. Each unique piece of furniture is perfectly measured and evaluated to figure out the right approach to restore it to its original beauty.

For nearly 30 years, the Guillen family have been perfecting their expertise in custom upholstery, reupholstery and manufacturing in various operations throughout southern California.  Several high profile operations such as "California Craftsman" and "The Sofa Company" have trusted their production departments to be led by these skilled artisans during the prior two decades.

With a lifelong dream to create their own custom design shop, Robert and Xotchl Guillen have now officially opened their doors in 2019 and have begun building for elite projects throughout LA and OC.
